The Investor in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people. And as Dental Design is totally focused on people, it seemed an ideal standard for us to achieve.
Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
Every member of the team at Dental Design is continually developing their skills, through a mixture of external courses and internal sessions. This committment to development ensures we can provide our customers with an optimum service in this ever changing market.
A Proven Framework for Business Improvement
Investors in People provides a flexible framework, which any organisation can adapt for its own requirements. It mirrors the business planning cycle (Plan, Do, Review), making it clear for organisations to follow and implement in their own planning cycle.
Dental Design has a clear philosophy and plan, which is shared by each member of the team, and provides the focus for all of our actions.
